PARTICIPATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• This Competition is open only to participants who are natural persons and legal residents of Odisha.
• Proof of identity may be requested from any participant at any stage of the Competition.
• All entries submitted for the Competition must be original and the sole and exclusive creation of the Participant.
• The Participant must be able to provide written proof of originality upon request
• Any use of copyrighted material (e.g.: music, videos, images) must be done with proper licenses or permissions, and the Participant agrees to hold the organizers harmless from any infringement claims.
• The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any Entry at its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all.
• The organizers are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other errors or omissions that may occur in connection with the Competition.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Odisha.
• Every winner of the Nua-O Digital Fest will be a unique individual.
• Submission of any media in Nua-O Digital Fest - including text, images, and videos - gives unrestricted authorization to the Government of Odisha and relevant departments to use them at their discretion.
